ANDROID PHONE

There are many ways to setup email on an Android phone. We've found that there are many disadvantages to using the GMail App and therefore only support the native 'Email' App.

Open the 'Email' App and goto 'Accounts' then 'Add Account'.

Enter your full 'email address' and 'password' then choose manual setup.

Choose 'IMAP account'.

Incoming Server Settings:
  1. Username should be the complete email address (e.g. you@yourdomain.com.au)
  2. Password is the Email Password we've provided you with.
  3. For Server enter:  imap.gmail.com
  4. Security Type: SSL (if available)
  5. Port should automatically change to 993. If it doesn't, change it to 993.
Outgoing Server Settings:
  1. For SMTP server enter:  smtp.gmail.com
  2. Security Type: SSL (if available)
  3. Port should automatically change to 465. If not, change it to 465.
  4. Tick 'Require Sign In'
  5. Username should be the complete email address (e.g. you@yourdomain.com.au)
  6. Password is the Email Password we've provided you with.
If it fails, repeat this process and make sure you enter the correct values, don't forget that you need your FULL email address as your 'Username'. Especially make sure you enter the password correctly, which can be difficult if you've typed it in on an on-screen keyboard.
Q. How do I change my email password?
  1. Sign in to your email account via your web browser. (e.g. www.yourdomain.com.au/mail)
  2. In the top right hand corner, click your email address and choose 'Account Settings' from the drop-down menu.
  3. Under 'Personal Settings' click 'Change Your Password' and follow the prompts.

If you require assistance, please use the 'Support Request Form' above to request a password change. Email us you new preferred password and we'll change it ASAP.
Q. How can I transfer my website/domain to Business To Web?
Transferring your existing domain name to us is generally a straight-forward process, usually there is no downtime for your emails and website.

To be able to transfer your domain name, you will require the domain name password or EPP key (depending on the domain extension). For most domain names, your existing reseller or registrar will provide you with this password, either in their domain management system or by calling them. For any .au domain, you can recover the password through AusRegistry at any time.

Transferring any .au domain name is free, unless the domain name is due to expire within 90 days. If the domain is due to expire within 90 days, the domain name will transfer and renew at the cost of registering the domain name. The additional two years will be added to the existing expiry date.
